Call for Workshops Proposals

Proposal Deadline: May 31, 2019
Notification: June 7, 2019
Workshop dates: November 26-29, 2019

Call for proposal
We solicit proposals for workshops that will be held together with the 15th International Conference on Signal Image Technology & Internet based Systems (SITIS 2019). Workshops will take place on November 26-29 at the same venue as the main conference, Imperial Hotel Tramontano, which is located in Sorrento (Naples), Italy.

We welcome proposals on emerging topics that are anticipated not able to be fully explored in the main conference. The purpose of workshops is to provide a comprehensive forum and encourage in-depth discussion of various technical and application issues in our research field.
Workshop registration, website, venue, as well as proceedings (published by IEEE) will be handled as part of the main conference by the SITIS 2019 organizers. The workshop organizers will be responsible for coordinating the review process. Workshop authors are required to have a full registration to the main conference.

Since both space and time are limited, we expect the selection process to be competitive. The topic coverage, the proposers’ credential, the interested audience, and relevance of the topic will all be considered in the selection process. Proposers may be asked to provide additional information, modify part of the proposals, or combine with another one.

Submission guidelines
Proposals should be submitted by email to  by May 31, 2019. The candidate workshop organizers will be notified of the decision on June 7.

Proposals should include the information available in the document here below:
