SITIS 2017 invites submission of high quality and original papers on the topics of the major tracks described below. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers for technical merit, originality, significance and relevance to the topics of the corresponding track. Papers must be up to 8 pages long and follow IEEE double columns publication format.

The online system will be used to handle and process all papers and to prepare for the final proceedings.

Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore and major indexes. Content will be submitted to the indexing companies for possible indexing. The proceedings will be available at the conference. Extended version of selected accepted papers will be considered for publication in major journals.
